Mr. Rajesh Singh, Chief Promoter and Founder of Aryaa International has been in the business of Human Resources Consultancy since 2005.  After formal establishment of required licenses for Overseas Recruitment, the company grew steadily to establish a very reputable organization in India and formal qualification and experience in Business Management and Software Industry has supported the establishment of administrative and operational functioning of the organization.

Mr.  Rajesh believes in building long term relationship and committed to providing the best services to clients while ensuring the overall job satisfaction to the personals being recruited. Mr. P. Mitra, a Qualified Mechanical & Electrical Engineer brings with him 44 years of much valued and extensive experience. He was awarded BEST PRIZE by Calcutta Port Trust for his excellent work Quality & Standard during Marine Training. He commenced his career as a Marine Engineer with the largest Shipping Company of the world then, P & O Group, London where he sailed on various types of foreign-going ships to the level of Chief Engineer for 9 successful years and earned laurels.Mr. Mitra thereafter joined UNDP as General Manager to control and execution of many Greenfield Projects in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery and Construction Sector in various countries around the world. 

After returning to India, Mr. Mitra worked with conglomerates of engineering industries of international repute (Kirloskar Group, Escorts, A V Birla Group, Sanghi Group of Industries etc) at Corporate level in Senior Management positions ( Head of Department, General Manager, Vice President etc) where he showed éclat performance and contributed successfully to great extent in execution, operation, maintenance and management of Projects and Plants. In total he contributed 19 Years of his working life for Indian Engineering industries. Since the year 2001, Mr. Mitra engaged his engineering knowledge, technical expertise and extra-ordinary selection capability to engage right person for the right job for various Projects of Globally well known Clients ( Saudi Aramco through Contractors, ENOC, NPCC, Qatar Petroleum, KNPC, KOC, ADMA OPCO to name a few). He is working in the International Recruitment Industry and still continuing since last 17 Years. Mr. Mitra worked with Jerry Varghese International as Head – Recruitment & Executive Search, with Ambe Consultancy as General Manager, with ASMACS as General Manager, Ambe International prior to joining Aryaa International as Executive Director.

Ms. Chaya Mavatkar, GENERAL MANAGER

Armed with an MBA in HR Management and extreme commitment and patience in handling the office Chaya has done the role of process interface in the business. An able administrator and dynamic leader, she has been able to connect with everyone in business and maintain the team at operating level. The training and orientation to the migrating workforce is one of the key responsibilities added to her portfolio. Chaya is familiar with the operations and process of business and being a quick learner of any subject, she has been coordinating the business very well. Recruitment and Process Administration Team at Aryaa reports to Chaya on routine business.
